Question by Texicano: Sleep Apnea and CPAP?
I have been using a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea and I’m having a hard time getting use to it. If you wake up in the middle of the night how can you fall asleep again if there is this hurricane force wind going up your nose? If I wake up, should I re-set the machine to RAMP mode?

you could re-set the machine. It may be set to high for you, check with whomever set it up in the first place. I am soo glad you got the machine, sweet dreams!:)

Yes, do reset the machine or you won’t be able to breath to easy. Also try the different masks and nose plug masks. I was told about the kind that just fit in your nose and used it for awhile and now I like it. I couldn’t stand the masks. Also try to relax for a few minutes-that really eases your breathing down, then reset and go to sleep!
