I’m getting a C-PAP for sleep apnea. I took a sleep test and they told they have never seen it so bad in someone so “young”. I’m 34 yrs old. I’ve heard stories going both ways. Some say it helps, some say it doesn’t. Fortunatly there are way more stories about C-PAP being a positive thing. I was just wondering what people’s personal experiences have been. I am always tired. I feel like I am walking around asleep all day. Very hard to concentrate. The more I sleep the worse I feel. I wake up sometimes and the back of my head is sweaty. I have body twitching, restless leg syndrome. I am getting my machine in about 2 weeks. I hope it helps. I don’t what else to do.

it takes a little time to get use to a c-pap machine but once you get used to it you will wonder how you ever slept without it. you will be surprised at how your life will change once you are getting enough sleep.

You will love it once you start getting a good nights rest. My son and I both use c-pap machines and it has really helped
